Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SyncMRR, a product operated by FewTone Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SyncMRR provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects your third-party payment processors to your 𝕏 (Twitter) account to automatically update your public profile (bio, banner, and display name) with aggregated revenue metrics (MRR).

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to the following when using SyncMRR:

  • Read-Only Keys: You are strictly required to provide read-only API keys for your payment processors. Providing keys with write, refund, or destructive permissions is done entirely at your own risk.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • Platform Policies: You agree not to abuse SyncMRR to violate the terms, conditions, or rate limits of any third-party service, including 𝕏 (Twitter).

3. Third-Party Dependencies and Risks

SyncMRR operates heavily via integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., 𝕏, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Dodo Payments).

  • Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. SyncMRR is subject to the availability and rate limits of these downstream providers. If a third-party platform modifies, revokes, or monetizes its API access in a way that makes SyncMRR unsustainable, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service.
  • Account Suspension: We are not liable if your 𝕏 (Twitter) account is suspended, shadow-banned, or restricted by the platform for excessive automated profile updates or any other violation of their rules.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FewTone Technologies, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

Specifically regarding API Keys: While we employ industry-standard encryption, FewTone Technologies holds zero liability for financial losses, data breaches, or damages resulting from the exposure of API keys if the exposure stems from compromised user accounts, non-read-only keys provided by the user, or vulnerabilities in the underlying infrastructure providers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Modifications to Terms

FewTone Technologies reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Any such modifications shall take effect immediately upon their publication on this website. Your continued access to or use of SyncMRR following the posting of any revisions constitutes your express acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the Service.
