Welcome to SyncMRR, a product operated by FewTone Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1. Information We Collect
We strictly limit the data we collect to only what is necessary to operate our service.
- Authentication Data: Your email address and basic profile details provided via our OAuth partners (e.g., Google or 𝕏).
- Social Media Authorization: When you connect your 𝕏 (Twitter) account, we request authorization exclusively to update your bio, banner, and display name. We do not read your direct messages or post tweets on your behalf.
- Payment API Keys: To sync your MRR, you must provide API keys for third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Dodo Payments). We require these keys to have read-only permission.
2. How We Handle Your API Keys and Data
Security is paramount given the nature of our service.
- Encryption: All third-party API keys stored in our database (Supabase) are securely encrypted at rest.
- Strictly Read-Only: We utilize your API keys strictly to fetch aggregated revenue metrics (MRR). We do not fetch, store, process, or access Personally Identifiable Information (PII) regarding your end-customers or their credit card data.
- Conduit Architecture: We act solely as a conduit passing aggregated numeric data from your payment processor to your 𝕏 profile.
3. Third-Party Services
SyncMRR integrates with external platforms (𝕏, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Dodo Payments). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. SyncMRR is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms. By using SyncMRR, you grant us permission to query these APIs on your behalf.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, upon which your API keys, OAuth tokens, and account information will be permanently purged from our primary servers.
